This Privacy Notice applies to processing of personal data on our services, on our public websites including https://www.finstitute.eu, and to our specific career website at https://jobs.f.institute/ (“Websites”). This document is intended to inform you, as a user of our Website, a user or potential user of our services, about which personal data we collect, how we use this data and for which purposes we do that.
We believe that privacy is important and therefore will do our upmost best to keep your personal data safe and secure. We will act in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) of the European Union (“EU”).

PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE AND LEGAL GROUND

o We collect this data on the basis of our legitimate business interests, specifically in order to hire the right person for the job.

RETENTION
We will keep your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or processed, unless we have to keep it for legitimate business, tax or legal purposes. In any case we do not store Personal Data longer than the applicable legal storage periods. We routinely delete this Personal Data or block it, once these periods expire or the reasons for storage cease to apply, following applicable law.
For potential employees this means that if you are hired, the information related to your job application will end up in your personnel work file. If you are not hired, we will keep your personal data until 3 months after you’ve been rejected, unless you provide consent for us to keep it for a longer time, e.g. to be included in a talent pool.
THIRD PARTIES
We will not share your personal data with third parties unless it is needed in order to provide the requested service to you, or when we have a legal obligation to do so. Any third parties will process your personal data in conformance with this statement.
SUBCONTRACTORS
Sometimes it is necessary to provide your personal data to our subcontractors, for example our service providers. In that case we will make sure that we have a processing agreement in place, to make sure that the subcontractor will guarantee the same
level of protection as we do.

SPECIFIC COOKIES JOB WEBSITE
On our specific career website, we make use of services of Homerun. Homerun makes use of the following third party tools which use cookies. Homerun uses Google Tag Manager to implement third party tools. We use the Facebook pixel, Twitter pixel, LinkedIn pixel and Google AdWords Remarketing pixel in order to measure conversion of our advertisements on social media.
We use widgets of Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google Maps to enrich job posts.
